Programme Management Team (PMT)
The Programme Management Team (PMT) is responsible for the overall co-ordination of planning and implementing the programs and develop training framework, strategic road-maps and action plans for respective domains. The program managers have been assigned individual program domains and also assigned as the training centre manager to manage and administer the DSP training Centres.

Shared Services (SS) provides administration and logistics support services to the programs and manages procurement, finance & accounts, logistics, transportation, asset and expert management.

Liaison Officers (LO)
The DSP Liaison Officers (LOs) oversees the overall logistics, training management and maintain close liaison with the trainers/experts for proper functioning of the DSP Training Centre. They are supported by store keeper, drivers & cooks.
