The Culinary Arts β Foundation Programme introduces aspiring chefs to essential culinary techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and kitchen safety. Students will learn to prepare foundational dishes such as stocks, soups, and sauces, while gaining an understanding of kitchen operations and food terminology. Emphasizing hands-on experience, the course sets the stage for advanced culinary studies or entry-level positions in the food service industry.
