The De-suung Skilling Programme (DSP) invites eligible candidates to apply for the
DSP Study Abroad Program in partnership with Kingston International College and
Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. This exciting international opportunity enables
Bhutanese De-suups to further their professional skills through globally recognised
education and practical industry training.
Successful candidates will undertake internationally accredited programs designed to
prepare them for high-demand careers in hospitality, early childhood education and care.

Hospitality (Culinary Arts)
• Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery Stream) + Bachelor of Business
(Tourism and Hospitality).
Early Childhood Education & Care (Community Services)
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care + Bachelor of Arts (International
Aid and Development nec)
Individual Support (Community Services)
• Diploma of Community Services (Aged Care) + Bachelor of Arts (Community
Development nec)
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the DSP Study Abroad Program, candidates must meet the following
requirements:
• Must be a registered De-suup
• Must be under 30 years old at the time of course commencement
• Must have successfully completed appropriate DSP Skilling Courses
(foundation)
• Must have completed at least Australian Year 10 or equivalent education.
• Must have IELTS score of 6.5 (no band less than 5.5) or equivalent English
test (PTE or TOEFL iBT).
• Must possess a valid Bhutanese driving licence
Important Notes
• Applicants who meet other eligibility criteria may submit their English proficiency
certificate by the end of April 2026.
• The driving licence can be submitted by the first week of May 2026.
