DSP in "SPA THERAPY"

Trainees will grasp the principles and methods of Thai massage /spa, enabling them to administer massage therapy to clientele proficiently. This training will equip individuals to embark on a professional path, offering traditional Thai massage and spa services to generate income.

These therapies are valuable skills and job opportunities in the tourism and hospitality, Thai massage and spa services are often a key attraction in the tourism and hospitality industry, leading to increased revenue and economic growth. Consequently, individuals possessing knowledge of Thai traditional massage have an advantage and various opportunities to generate income.


DSP in 'Graphic Design course' successfully Completed on on 20 March 2024

22 De-suups completes the DSP in 'Graphic Design course' on 20 March 2024. The 4 months course was held at the DSP training centre, Gyalposhing, Mongar and Mr. Md. Noor E Alam from Bangladesh was the expert trainer.

Zimpon Wogma Yonten Phuntsho from the office Gyaltshab graced the closing ceremony and awarded the certificates to the De-suups.


Phase II of DSP-Solar Project Expansion!

Phase II of DSP-Solar Project Expansion!

Following the successful completion of Phase I of the 750 kW Solar Project, the DSP-Solar Initiative is moving forward with Phase II. This next phase involves ramping up our solar infrastructure with the installation of a 2.1MW ground-mounted PV system at Dechencholing, Thimphu, a 1.5MW rooftop solar PV system at The Royal Academy in Pangbisa, Paro, and an additional 250 kW rooftop solar PV system at CFM, Thimphu. We've chosen the top-of-the-line 580Wp TopCon AE Solar panels for these installations due to their superior efficiency and cutting-edge technology.

To mark this milestone, we held an inaugural ceremony on 19 March 2024 for the installation of panels at Dechencholing and CFM. Dasho Bharat Tamang, Chairperson of DSP Solar Initiatives, led the event, joined by Col. Sisir Chetteri (De-suung HQ), the Project Implementation Team, Liaison Officer, and 44 De-suups.

The DSP in Developing Communications concluded today

The DSP in Developing Communications concluded today. The Desuups underwent an intensive six weeks training to improve their grammer and vocabulary, writing skills, and communication.

The 27 Desuups said that they gained a lot of confidence from the training, they were able to articulate their thoughts and present for different scenarios using power points, infographics, short stories as well as prepare for job interviews.

Hon'ble Kesang Chuki Dorjee congratulated the Desuups and awarded the certificates.

She also met with the newly launched Soft Toy Making that is being conducted by two Thai expert trainers, Ms.Mullika Songkhoa

Ms.Chittraporn Udomkantrong.

Over the next two months, Desuups will learn basic tailoring skills and learn how to produce a variety of soft toys from local and waste materials.
